At Lumino Pro, we want you to be satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for our various subscription plans and free trial.

1. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for our Premium subscription:

  • No payment information is required to start your free trial
  • You will not be automatically charged at the end of your trial
  • To continue with a paid subscription, you must actively choose to subscribe
  • Trial access ends automatically after 7 days if you do not subscribe

2. Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly Premium subscriptions ($29/month):

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused days within a billing period
  • Refunds may be issued at our discretion for documented technical issues that significantly prevented your use of the service

3. Annual Subscriptions

For annual Premium subscriptions ($278/year):

  • 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you cancel within 30 days of your annual purchase, you may request a full refund
  • After the 30-day period, no refunds are available for annual subscriptions, but you retain access to Premium features until your subscription period ends
  • Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date

4. Student Discount

For Student subscriptions (40% off with .edu email):

  • Student pricing is subject to verification via a valid .edu email address
  • If we cannot verify your student status, we reserve the right to charge the difference to the standard Premium rate or terminate access
  • Refund terms for student subscriptions follow the same guidelines as standard monthly and annual subscriptions above

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Email support@luminopro.ai with your account email and reason for the refund request
  • Include any relevant details about technical issues, if applicable
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

6. Payment Disputes

If you believe there has been an error with your billing or have concerns about a charge, please contact us at support@luminopro.ai before initiating a dispute with your bank or credit card company. We're committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly. Please note that if you dispute a charge with your financial institution without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
