Lumino Pro provides AI-powered tools for job seekers, including resume analysis, job matching, application tracking, and career coaching features. The Service uses artificial intelligence to provide suggestions and insights, which should be used as guidance rather than definitive career advice.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription & Payments

Lumino Pro offers both free and premium subscription tiers. For paid subscriptions:

Payments are processed securely through Stripe
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
You may cancel at any time through your account settings
Refunds are provided in accordance with our Refund Policy
Prices may change with 30 days notice to subscribers

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Lumino Pro and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload, such as resumes and job descriptions.

6. User Content

By uploading content to the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You represent that you have the right to share any content you upload.

We do not claim ownership of your resumes, job descriptions, or other personal content. You may delete your content and account at any time.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the Service
Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service
Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
Share your account credentials with others
Use the Service for any fraudulent purpose

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions and analysis. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional career advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated suggestions. Always review and verify any suggestions before acting on them.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumino Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or employment opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, though certain provisions of these terms will survive termination.

11. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

Our Service utilizes third-party services, including but not limited to Anthropic's Claude AI for analysis features, Supabase for data storage, and Stripe for payment processing. These services are subject to their own terms and conditions.

AI-generated outputs are probabilistic and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases
You agree not to rely solely on AI outputs for important decisions

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of government, pandemic, internet service provider failures, third-party service outages (including Anthropic, Supabase, or Stripe), cyberattacks, or labor disputes.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of JAMS, except that you may bring claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

This agreement to arbitrate shall survive termination of your account.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
